Meeting you in Geneva arrivals
Most flights land in the Swiss sector of Geneva Airport. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, after customs, with a sign showing your name, and helps you with your suitcases and ski bags to the car.
Flying into the French sector? Tell us when you book and we meet you on the French side instead.
Late flight or missing luggage
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands late, your driver simply comes later, at no extra cost. After landing you have 2 hours of free waiting, enough for passport control, a slow baggage belt or a lost ski bag report.
The road from Geneva to Courchevel
From Geneva we take the motorway past Annecy to Albertville, then the N90 up the Tarentaise valley to Moûtiers. The last 25 km climb the D91 through hairpin bends to Courchevel at 1,850 m. Our vans run on winter tyres and carry snow chains, so a snowfall on arrival day is not a problem.
Courchevel to Geneva Airport
For your departure we pick you up at the door of your chalet or hotel and help load the luggage. We plan the time with you:
- Saturday flight: leave about 5 hours before departure
- Other days: leave about 4 hours before departure
- Early morning flight: we drive at night, 24/7
Saturday traffic in the Tarentaise valley
Most chalets in the Alps change guests on Saturday, so the valley road can be slow between Albertville and Moûtiers. We know the busy hours and plan around them. If your dates are flexible, a Friday or Sunday flight usually means a faster drive.
The right car for your group
A Mercedes E-Class for 1 to 3 passengers, a V-Class for up to 7 passengers with skis, or a Vito for groups of 8. Child seats and boosters are free; just tell us the age of each child.
Private jets and Geneva station
Flying private? We pick you up at the Geneva business aviation terminal. We also meet trains at Geneva Cornavin station and drive you to Courchevel.
Private transfer or shared shuttle?
Shared shuttles leave at fixed times and stop at several resorts on the way. A private transfer leaves when you land, drives only your group and drops you at your own door, with space for all your equipment.
